Beijing Grand View Garden is a traditional Chinese garden located in the Xicheng District of Beijing. It was built based on the classical novel "Dream of the Red Chamber" by Cao Xueqin, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature.It covers an area of 110,600 square meters, with a building area of 25,400 square meters and a water area of 16,000 square meters.

Beijing Grand View Garden consists of 5 courtyard scenic areas, 3 natural scenic areas, 1 Buddhist temple area, 1 palace area, and more than 40 scenic spots.The garden features traditional Chinese architecture, ponds, and beautiful landscaping. It's designed to recreate the garden described in the novel, where many of the story's events take place.

Beijing Grand View Garden is best explored by following a route that takes you through the main pavilions and gardens. Start at the South Gate, which is the main entrance to the garden.

From the South Gate, visit the Daguanyuan (Grand View Garden) main hall, then explore the Happiness Garden, Bamboo Lodge, and Laughing Red Court, which are all featured in the novel.

Continue to the Pearl Pavilion and Lotus Pond, which offer beautiful views of the garden. Along the way, you'll see many of the locations described in "Dream of the Red Chamber."

The garden is designed to be explored at a leisurely pace, so plan to spend 2-3 hours to fully appreciate its beauty and cultural significance.
